INGREDIENTS:
1 round rusk
1 tomato
1 tea spoon vinegar (if you want)
Salt and pepper by preference
1 soup spoon fresh basil (or half spoon if it is dry)
Fresh/dry thyme
Fresh onion
100 gr feta cheese
Olives
Capers (by preference)
Olive oil
Instructions:
Put olive oil or a little bit of water on the dry bread to make it softer. Cut the tomatoes on small cubes in a bowl. Add the vinegar, salt, pepper and the tiny chopped basil and thyme. Stir well, try and add spices/herbs according to your preferences. Put this mix on the dry bread along with the chopped fresh onion and the feta. Serve with olives and capers (by choice).
